Mystique of Campo

                                                          By; Jeanille B. Cogtas

Mang Timo, a corn farmer, is the subject of Mystique of Campo. Timo's carabao came dangerously close to plunging into the Putat one day.

The Putat is the Engkanto's abode; no human is allowed there.

In order to acquire Marcelina (Mang Timos daughter) , Atong, a protector of the Fae world, cursed Timo with a disease.

Atong then transformed into a goose so Marcelina could follow him into the Putat because she enjoys watching them.

Timo pursued, entered the Putat, and engaged in combat with Atong . When the news broke, the King learned what Atong had done. He was unable to go back to the world of people.

Timo gave himself up, but the King was delighted with his beg.

Timo took over as the new portal keeper. All of this takes place in Campo, a quiet community in Pinamungajan where the majority of residents are corn growers and construction workers.

The town's large population of carabaos aids maize growers in plowing their fields. The Putat, the residence of Engkanto, has a gatekeeper as well.

The area is primarily made up of lush trees that encircle a small pond.

A gatekeeper keeps the Fae world safe from threats and ensures that no one enters.

Mang Timo, a corn farmer, Marcelina, his daughter, and Atong, a guardian of the Fae worlds, are the three primary protagonists in the narrative.
